Its a 5 Start experience less the impact of COVID restrictions which makes it 4 stars. This was our first time @ Eataly Toronto, and due to the COVID restrictions, it lacked the ambiance of the Manhattan Eataly. I can't wait to return when the COVID situation is better, and we can have the full Eataly Experience. Service was great, and they were able to accommodate a Gluten + Dairy restrictions - make sure you ask, as they had options not called out on the menu. The Gluten Free / Dairy Free Pizza was fabulous - It was as good as most gourmet pizza I have had, and is the best Gluten free crust I have had. Hopefully we can buy the dough for @ home too? The seafood pasta and the ravioli were also very very good. We will definitely return.
