Good place for tsukemen, tried them in Japan before and was excited to see them open in Vancouver. Over all quality was good, but the one’s in japan were better. They used to have heated stones in your dipping broth to keep it hot, but...no longer offer that. Brother is rich and flavourful, but could be greasy and too salty for some. I think it works really well with the thick chewy noodles and you can add some hot clear broth to thin out the dipping sauce at the end or half way through to heat up your dipping sauce.
