This is hands down some of the finest, unconventional cuisine available in Winnipeg. Everything is fresh and made in house. The pasta, the ricotta cheese all made in house. Even the mustard seeds in the aioli of Crispy Fried Brussel Sprouts was made in house. I've never seen this level of originality in a Winnipeg restaurant. It reminded me of NYC. I highly recommend the lounge upstairs for a laidback feel. They genuinely care about your dining experience, so skip Johnny G's next door and get some real food.
