German-inspired alpine cuisine waiting to be devoured in an atmosphere reminiscent of a rustic hunting cottage. With a large fireplace and a wine cabinet, we promise to set the tone for a memorable dining experience at our \”House in the Forest.\”

Just as we remembered it. Having the experience as the only option is by far the way to go! Everything perfect as usual. Will be back in December, or maybe sooner if possible!
Waldhaus has THE BEST cheese fondue! Hands down. Excellent schnitzel and spatzle as well. Top tier drinks. Wonderful servers. We stop in every time we’re in Banff!
I loved the fondue. I hadn’t tried such a nice food in a while. I also ordered the recommended wines with the fondue and they were very well chosen.
Just a fantastic place with outstanding views, great service, wonderful food, was a fun place, would definitely come back! Thank you
Main course was delicious. First course came with mostly bread, not enough variety for a starter. Dessert was fabulous.
