Safari Bar and Grill- Toronto

I go to Safari a lot and always enjoy it there but this group was larger than most that I attend with and the service had a difficult time serving the food at similar times getting the individual plates to people at different times. The service was very cordial as usual and I will continue to be a patron of this restaurant.

Food was good. We shared wings and I had a Caesar salad. Nice amount of dressing and tasty. The wings were honey garlic and hot mixed together which was quite good. Afterwards we went upstairs to play pool which is always fun. Great spot that I would come to again when I am in town.

Manager was fighting every chance to give us a table for 5. Even though we had a baby in a high chair that was ordering his own kids meal.

We sat outside since the weather was so hot. The service and drinks and food were fantastic.

Awesome place, remodelled , nice big patio. We got there at 12.00 and still there at 2.00pm Food was awesome, service excellent and very friendly. Lots to catch up with my friend and there was no pushing us at the door after the meal. People wer strolling in for, lunch , drinks a lovely place on a lovely sunny day. Menu had a lot to offer and brunch seems amazing so we will be back to try it.

We have been to Safari many times and always had a great meal. Last night the service was terrible. After watching our server chatting it up with another server after we put in our orders I had to go over and ask where our beers were as it seemed to slip his mind. Then when our meals came I received a main course that I did not order. It took another 30 minutes to get our order straight. Apologies were given along with the comment that the kitchen was busy because of a large group upstairs. Worst service I ever experienced there. But the meals were delicious. I hope this was just a one off.

Safari is a reliable choice for dinner. A varied menu, good quality food and friendly service. I have gone to Safari for many years and strongly recommend it for eating out

Great menu and food. Good service. The outside patio is awesome but I find the inside quite dark.

Safari was perfect for the purpose of my evening. We found a suitable table and there was sufficient options for a light snack (we were really there for drinks).
