One of the greatest places I have ever been for dinner! It was my girlfriends birthday and they provided free champagne and free chocolate lava cake!! Best place for great conversation, great food and great service!

Dinner @ Reign was amazing! Went for our anniversary. Food was top notch. 16oz strip loin was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Sides came separate which made it perfect for sharing. And get the crab cakes!!!

Visit was for breakfast which we did on 2 successive days. The staff, particularly our server were outstanding. The food was excellent. The tables were well spaced and we felt very safe.

The Afternoon Tea experience was fantastic. The food was plenty and super tasty. The staff (Leslie and her trainee) were excellent as well. We would definitely go back again.

Food was good, though a little pricey when it came to the pasta. The restaurant is beautiful, though the way our table was positioned made it quite loud. Service was ok – someone took our drink order when we sat down but we waited about 15 minutes before having to flag someone down because we hadn’t seen our waiter yet.

We went for my 29th birthday. The hostess was nice. Our waitress was awful, she was incredibly rude from start to finish and was not accommodating at all. They messed up the seating arrangement and wanted to separate half our group and seat half of us with strangers when we should all be sitting in the same section. Our waitress was so bad, it seemed like she did not want to be working there at all. It made my guests feel uncomfortable to order or ask her for anything. Food came out 1.20mins after ordering. Waitress brought water for half the table. We had to ask 3 times to be brought water for rest of the guests. We had to order 3 double shots (instead of 6 single shots) because she was taking too long to make her way back to us throughout the evening. My chaser for my shots came half way near the end of dinner. Embarrassing experience!!! Will never return.

Server got my order wrong and said it was me that ordered wrong. Gave me a free beer to for not making a big deal about it. Other that that the food that they accidentally brought me was still good though. The ambiance is very cozy and quite.

The service, food, and drinks were exquisite. I used to go to Icon on the regular, and haven’t been back to the Fairmont for dinner since the renovations. I’m so glad to be back and to be able to enjoy this location again.
