Great service. Menu had a good variety and food was very tasty and well presented.

Friendly greeting, nice comfortable space. Had a nice table by the window. The cocktail and wine were both great. Highlight was the food. Lovely board of sausage, chicken liver pâté, among others. Huge wedge salad with croutons, tomatoes, and a nice blue cheese. Scallops were sweet and seared well. Sizeable portions so no room for dessert. Recommend for those who like creative and adventurous foods, but they also have fried chicken, fish and chips, steak, burgers for some classy familiar options. Will go back!

Great service, ambience and fabulous food!! Highly recommend the white wine sangria as well. And I even received a complimentary dessert of choice for my birthday!

Was there for buck a shuck oysters. We ordered appies along with the oysters. Everything was EXCELLENT! Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely meal, the scallops and duck breast were beautifully prepared and presented. We tried one of the specialty drinks and it was excellent. A wonderful time all around for my friend and me.

I really enjoy Preservation Hall. It’s a great place for celebrating and they can accommodate large groups. The food is always consistently great!

Celebrating our anniversary nice touch with the complimentary sparkling wine.Service was excellent. Order a couple cocktails priced reasonable and excellent. The only problem was the Tourtiere was really over done and dry .Sauteed Scallops was one item i would order again . But the best came at the end PARIS-BREST highly recommend this dessert . Overall i would give this a A+.

Our server Britney made our anniversary dinner such a wonderful experience. We tried oysters for the first time and they guided us through the process without making us feel silly. The rest of the meal and cocktails were fabulous and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an elevated dining experience in Winnipeg

It’s hard to compare this restaurant to anything like I’ve ever experienced before. Honestly it’s because this isn’t a big name or a chain. Everything tastes authentic, delicious, and home grown. It’s clear the passion is in the food. The server was attentive and food came out quick and hot. Dessert was delicious. The only drawback I have is the arrangement of seating. While it isn’t a deal breaker, if you were having a first date, a booth would be the only way to do so. Our table (while still 6 feet away from others), was still positioned in a way we heard other guests conversations. Again, not a deal breaker, but just know that whatever reasons you have that led you to this restaurant may affect the social gathering you are having. This does not take away from the amazing food we had though. Kudos to the chef and serving staff.

We had a great time at Preservation Hall. You HAVE to try the Charcuterie Board. The pickled beans stole the show. Server was great, Drinks were Great, food was fantastic and not overpriced. Highly recommend a visit.

Went for lunch and found it much quieter than when we went for dinner….thanks.. much more enjoyable. Wedge salad was very good and the dressing was particularly tasty. Pork burger was messy to eat but was also very good.

Server was great, friendly and knowledgeable.Food was delicious, fish cooked perfectly, glistening and flavourful. Tourtiere was moist and spiced just right. Enjoyed my visit and will be back soon again.

Amazing restaurant, you should be advertising more. We had hardly heard about you and everyone should know about you. The food was amazing. The ambience was perfect for date night. The oysters were fresh, the brisket was fall apart fork tender. Would 100000% go back again.

I had won a dinner for two and wanted to spend it at Preservation Hall.. we got to try new items (been here many times) and the food was (as always) fantastic and our service was impeccable. We had the charcuterie board, and I had the amazing onion soup and paired it with a shared wedge salad and the seared duck breast. All of it was outstanding… the best duck around and the soup was out of this world. The wedge was fantastic. Of course, it was too much food and had my leftovers today for lunch and still so tasty. And we brought home dessert, and it was a great way to end my home meal… Thank you again for another amazing meal.

Four old ladies out on a tear on the busiest night of the year (pre-Remembrance Day) had a great time, chatting and getting together after a long Covid absence. The food was outstanding and so was the service.

Cassandra was a great server! Very attentive and the food, we had oysters and steak tartare, were delicious!!

Always an excellent evening with PH! We shall return!

I was excited to try this place, I really love to support farm to table restaurants because I find the quality of food is always better. My experience definitely exceeded my expectations! Food and service was amazing, they even gave us some bubbly on the house to celebrate our anniversary. I’ll definitely be going there again!
