Really great service and nice environment

I had made reservations for my birthday supper weeks ago. I got a confirmation email and also a check in the day before we were to be there. On the day of we drove an hour from home to find out they were closed. The following day I called and left a voicemail for the GM and have yet to have a return call. This is poor customer service. Today I received and email thanking us for our visit and asking me to give a review. I am not very likely to ever recommend them or to give them my business.

The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The service was excellent. The ambience in the attached sunroom was lovely. Sitting by the windows allowed us to look out at the trees and snowy landscape. We enjoyed every minute of our brunch. Loved looking through the shops after we had finished our meal.

Delicious food. Appetizers are a bit pricey for what you get. Wonderful service.

The atmosphere is lovely, very cute place for a date or brunch with friends. The food itself came out a little cold and the hashbrowns were very bland but I’d still go back.

We enjoyed our visit to the restaurant. The food was very good although it took a fair bit of time. The noise level was more than I thought it would be. Overall it was good

We shared 2 entrees and they were served exquisitely and the combination was fabulous. They were so accomodating. Wonderful lunch.

We were so fortunate to have booked today to dine at Pineridge Hollow. Not only were we delighted to see our favourite server, we happened to come in on her last day. Although we will be sad to see her go, we know the world has great things planned for this gem! Best wishes, Pam!!! Food was delicious as always and service was top notch. Thanks for the fun morning! The restuarnat never disapoints. It is a great location and a Unique place. Food is always well prepared and the ambiance is pleasent.

Lovely view when seated in the sun room. Food was tasty, I ordered lemon ricotta pancakes (could have even more lemon vs. the apple cinnamon topping) . Missing the raspeberry creamcheese french toast that used to be on the menu. Service was lovely. Sadly the teapot has been greatly shrunken, with a measly tea bag… I felt sad.

The menu isn’t as good as it used to be unless you like pork as it seems to be the dominant menu item by far. The service was friendly and efficient. The food, though not much to choose from, was okay. (The wine menu was so filthy, I didn’t want to touch it).

They wouldn’t let me use my credits from OpenTable, but otherwise a great experience.

Wonderful establishment! Food has always been outstanding and a place that we really need to go to more often.

Another great visit to PineRidge Hollow – always a lovely place for a brunch with family and friends. Took a bit of time to get our orders in, however, the beet chips made up for it! Also submitted wrong order, but server corrected it almost immediately. All in all, we will be back. Oh…and the pigs and goats are still a highlight!

My husband and I had a fantastic time their on Valentine Day!! The dinner was fabulous!!

Everything was solid, especially the food. The only thing I thought may have been slightly off was the decaf coffee. It tasted like it had been sitting a while but maybe it was just me. I only drink fresh at home and at work. If it has been sitting for over 20 minutes I dump it. I always recommend Pineridge Hollow whenever I talk about going there!

It was my first time there and I have told everyone how great of place it was. I will be coming back very soon. Love it!!!

It was closed. We drove 40 minutes to get there on my friends birthday after having made these reservations three weeks ago and it was closed. CLOSED.

Great service and great food. Has the chance to sit in the enclosed patio and it was very nice.

The ambience here is always great and the food superb. Due to timing, it was packed so very loud and the service was slow. In addition, I asked for more water and coffee on two occasions and never got it.
