I always choose this Guildford location for my Milestones choice! The service is always friendly – I’ve never had a negative experience here. Compared to other locations the staff here actually seem very energetic and positive and welcome you with a smile every time and its not fake what so ever.

Was nice to dine in restaurant again. Liked that tables/guests were seats with distance between us. Would like to see more gluten-free on the menu. Appies were ok but would have liked if they could offer same but GF. I often order the surfside salad which I enjoy, it wasn’t marked as GF. I asked for dressing on the side and had my salad dry. Would have been nice if manager came by and let me know where gluten was or other dressing options if it wasn’t gluten-free.
Had solid happy hour appies and drinks. Would dine here again.
The avocado toast was very hard as were the beignets Service was very friendly but food quality was poor. Do not think I will come for brunch until there is a better menu
It was way too loud in the lounge. We wanted dining but it was full despite making reservations (which was disappointing) I was with my Mom And family my mom has hearing issues so this was upsetting. It would be nice to have the volume of music be lower!
The service was pretty poor. nobody paid any attention – we had to keep going up to the bar to get anyone to notice we needed anything, and we were out in the open. The music is so loud it’s hard to hear anything even at my own table. I’ve always loved Milestone’s, so i was disappointed in our experience the other night.
Server wasn’t great – name on the bill was Karen. She was too busy talking to other servers to notice that she forgot to bring drinks to the table. When the food came, the salad I ordered did not have any dressing on it. By the time she came to the table to ask if we needed anything (such as the dressing so I could actually eat my food), the rest of my table had almost finished eating. She then forgot to put all drinks and such on the tab so after paying she then came back to say we owed her for a Pepsi. Not a competent server and made the entire dinner less enjoyable.
