IL Terrazzo

We visited this excellent Italian restaurant recently. It was superb. Excellent food and a great wine list. The ambiance is really relaxed. Service was thoughtful and not rushed. It is often ranked as one of the best restaurants in Victoria and I can see why….Just go when visiting Victoria.

Highly recommend you make a reservation, this place is busy and popular. They accommodated us at the last minute to sit outside as my son has auditory challenges with ADHD when there is too much noise. I was pleased they helped us so quickly to…have us seated outside. Food was really great. The server was a bit off at the beginning of the meal, but I think he was really busy and we know staffing shortages are a real problem in the industry so we let it go. Highly recommend this restaurant – centrally located in Victoria but feels like a world away.

Great ambience, spacious enough not to feel crowded but small enough for intimacy and atmosphere. It generates warmth and hospitality and friendliness.

A warm welcome to a vibrating restaurant and intimate seating with its brick fireplace. the Tapenade was a delicious starter for a very special evening. My husband ordered the Carbonara, flavorful and with a twist! it was topped with filet mignon strips cooked to perfection….My seafood linguini was delish, al dente pasta generous with scallops, mussels and shrimp with a surprisingly savory lemony sauce. As for dessert, a delicate Panna Cotta and decadent Tiramisu were the perfect treat to end our extraordinary evening.
