Hy’s Calgary is the latest addition to the family of fine dining restaurants, Canada’s Premier Steakhouses since 1955. With clean lines and textures of leather, velvet, warm wood and stone, this is a modern rendition of the classic steakhouse tradition. Pride of place is held by the circular, glass enclosed grill room, producing perfect charcoal grilled Canadian Prime Grade steaks. The horseshoe shaped bar is surrounded by varying levels of lounge and dining space that is both spacious and intimate. The menu features both classic and newly imagined recipes, but Hy’s favorites, like the famous Caesar salad and Steak Diane, are still prepared tableside. The extensive wine list, and delicious, hand crafted cocktails, promise something for every taste. Whether for lunch, dinner, or something in between, Hy’s promises a timeless and memorable experience.
