I hadn’t been to Calgary in years.
I hadn’t been to Calgary in years. Spent three days, and thankfully a friend who flew in from Saskatoon was familiar with NOtaBLE. We were a party of four. Two of of had beef cheeks. So tender with delicious glaze and a fantastic parsnip purée....I tried a bite of two of my friends dishes. The rotisserie chicken was wonderful and the salmon superb. I would have my meal weekly if I could. I can’t wait to go back next year.
