Went to this restaurant on a Wednesday night and it was not busy. We were seated quickly and our drink orders taken without hesitation. Once the drinks arrived our meal order was taken, nothing special, simply a 1/4 chicken dinner. We waited 30 mins and...still no food, we looked around at people who arrived before us and after us and none of them have received their food. We asked our waitress (Kayla) where is our food and she stated that its on its way - she promised it would be only a few more minutes. There was an elderly women who received her meal and the fries were cold so she sent the meal back, after 30 mins she still hadnt received her meal. After 45 mins of no service we asked to see the Manager but she never showed up. We had seen her talking to many other patrons but didnt come to our table. Again we asked our server where our food is and again she said it was coming, and again she promised it would be a few minutes. She told us they were full tonight so the kitchen is backed up. I call BS because we could see many booths and table empty and there was no line up at the door. After more than 60 minutes and not having spoken to the Manager yet, we got up and left. We stopped by the bar to pay for our drinks and told them we wouldnt be back. The Manager arrived, apologized but would not give an explanation as to why after 60 minutes the majority of patrons have not been fed. She gave us our drink bill and i suggested a good manager would take care that to which she agreed and say the drinks were on her. We left and went to an adjoining restaurant and were seated, served and finished in less that 30 mins. NO WAY should customers wait 60 mins for food and no explanation. We not visit this location again.
