The reason we visited this Parliament branch is this restaurant serves halal food. Without a second thought, we went for this. The place is considered tiny and good enough to enjoy our food. The service was not bad but I guess, they could be more...friendly. We found them a bit distant, yet not rude at all, which was ok. For the food quality, we really enjoyed the garlic beef and lettuce cups. The lettuce cups dish was so refreshing and opened our views as that was our first time to taste it. During our visit, they did have lunch set which was slightly cheaper but we did not go for it because the staff advised the portion was smaller than the one on the menu. Oh! Don't forget the mouth-watering thai iced tea too. That was so flavorful. We shall visit again.
