The Manager, Joel, in Deerfoot City NE branch was rude and he did not even apologize for the long delay we waited for our order, for more than 20 minutes. He tried to defend himself for the delay. Staffs don't even ask for our order...when we seated inside. Actually we stayed for more than 40 minutes inside the restaurant. The manager needs to be trained for Customer Service and back to zero or needs to be replaced. One of the staffs tried to apologize when we were about of leave the area, she knows better than the manager, especially on how to deal with the customer's issues and concerns. This is our first time to dine in with in this restaurant and the first time we encounter a manager who does not know how to handle issues and concerns. For all the fastfood and restaurant we tried to dine-in, its our first to encounter a manager like Joel, who acted rude and who does not know how to manage the staffs and issues when it arises. We did not even heard him apologize for the long delay. Hope this will not happen to other customers, too.
