My family preordered food for New Years Eve about 10 days in advance for 6:30 PM. The cook confirmed our order over the phone and gave us a total price. My mother phoned on December 30th to confirm our order and nobody answered (left a...message). My father showed up to pick up the food on New Years Eve; nobody was there and the door was locked. My mother phoned and nobody answered (left a message). My mother phoned again a week later to see what happened and an individual said our paper order was still sitting there. He also said he would let the cook know who made our order to phone us. We still have not heard anything back yet. The food is amazing but the service let us down on the busiest hospitality night of the year. I posted this review on their Facebook page on January 12th with no response to that either. We were not first time customers. We definitely and regrettably will not be going back. :(More
