We were craving Indian cuisine & have been residents in the area for many years and never tried BCF yet. We ordered 1 day ahead on Skip The Dishes for 6 pm pick-up the next day. Our dinner tonight had a nice balance of flavours...and was very satisfying. We're 2 men & we had enough left over with the main dishes (Madras chicken curry & lamb Korma) as well as Aloo Gobi, for lunch, although will probably have to prepare some extra rice. The Nann bread was 1 piece per order and was tender. At first we did't think their chutney is the best value ($2.45) for a small plastic condiment container, although it was very dense & only a dab of sauce was needed. We don't agree with some of the negative reviews about customer service - including about where to pick-up your order for takeout. It's pretty obvious that their restaurant doesn't have a "patio", although there is a side entrance and the lights there aren't even on at night. The only door which is open (side door) for the pandemic takeout has lights. When we went to pick-up our dinner, the sidewalk by their entrance had several people lined up waiting for their orders since it was 6 pm. For some reason they didn't see our pre-order from the day before & they offered free basmati rice to compensate for a very brief delay. Definitely worth another visit.
