I (usually) love fish and chips and this place is nearby, so we'd have gone there before today if it wasn't so expensive. But, we're painting our kitchen cabinets and mostly eating out this week, so we decided to give it a try. Gross, is...my summary. The fish was SOOO greasy, I couldn't finish it. I'm no chef, but I know enough to know that if your deep frying is that greasy, your oil is the wrong temperature. Plus, the fries were mediocre (my husband described them as 'slimy'), and the coleslaw was bland. Disappointed. At that price point, I expect much better.
