BOTH the staff and the management at this location are horrendously rude and lack customer service 110%. (BPs please contact me) My girlfriend and I went for a celebration dinner and were just getting started and had just ordered our food and drinks when being...made aware that the “BPs/Impark” pay stations weren’t working accurately so I was risking being towed being in their parking lot. I immediately went to go take care of my car and on the way out not only told our waiter, but passed the manager I had spoke to about the vehicle situation and had asked them to stop making our food and hold bringing out our drinks as I had to figure out my vehicle first before I had our order on the table and me not there and my gf alone as I figured it was best to hault that till I figured out whether we were able to find other parking or not. So I go down to my vehicle.. get my car and their is no where to park outside of the parkade that isn’t letting people pay (called there customer service for 25 minutes) went back up stairs, risked leaving my car down there again, go upstairs and drinks are on the table...........paid for the drinks out of feeling sorry but as I go to finish up the manager comes out and starts trying to force me to pay for the meal that hasn’t even left the kitchen yet AND that I had told to stop being made as well as the drinks BEFORE going to my car 30 minutes earlier. Maybe longer. I believe this was the assistant manager, as their full manager wasn’t on shift that night. It was like talking to a brick wall where what you say goes in one year and out the other. 0 care or decency out of this man based on situation and circumstances. Lacked just about everything a leader/manager of especially a restaurant should be capable of. I am willing to phone and find out this managers name. Very sad we have been treated this way as young individuals who feel taken advantage of and stepped on.
