We've been regulars at this place for the past decade. They used to be across the street, where a big box of a building sits today. Their bahn mi (sandwiches) used to be a bit more generous in size and less expensive. It's almost $5...today... for what is essentially a 6" sub with some crunchy veggies and a bit of cold cut meats. Their french bread bun is usually fresh, so that's one good thing Ba Le is known for. There are other places in Chinatown that serves a similar fare for less...
