I went in to try the Turkey Mighty Melt as I don't normally go in to sandwhich shops, but it looked really good in the flyer. Interestingly, I have actually done a food research study session with this exact sandwich before they rolled it out...on the market. The sandwich that I got looked nothing like what the picture did in the flyer. The sandwich that I had in the study had way more ingredients. Anway, when I saw that they only put on two slices of small turkey deli and two triangles of cheese, i questioned them. I said can i get some more cheese. They said it would be extra and that that is how their instructions are written to make it. What a joke. You didn't see anything in the sandwich. I wrote a complaint on their website describing their false advertising and all they said was sorry and that they try to provide good service. Nothing about it not looking the same or about compensation etc. I later went to another Subway on 3316 Keele St. to see if they did it the same way and I confirmed they said they had instructions to only put 2 slices of deli and cheese. I will never buy sandwiches from subway again. $4 for a bun with two slices of turkey and essentially one slice of cheese is ridiculous. Don't waste your money.
