We booked a table on-line for 8pm. We arrived on time to find five or six groups of other people in front of us who had also booked. There were no spare tables, and the hostess who was also serving, just ignored all those in...line and continued her serving duties. I can only assume they had a lot of walk-ins who they seated, and didn't bother about saving tables for those who had booked. I was really looking forward to some meat after our 3-week Canadian holiday, but after 20 or so minutes, we and some other guests just left. What a shame.
