"WORST OWNERSHIP/MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER WITNESSED. As a server and a manager of several restaurants over the course of 12 years I was absolutely appalled at the owners lack of professionalism. Service - okay. Server was clearly run off her feet. Not her fault. She had a section that was way too big for 1 person to handle. Drinks - amazing Food - okay-ish. Some dishes were boring some were amazing! About half way through our experience we began to wonder why this place seemed like it was crashing under pressure. The two tables next to us hadn't been served at all for 20minutes after they sat down which is what clued us in to how bad it had gotten. As a table of servers we were under the impression it was ""just really busy"" and up until this point we were being understanding and just trying to enjoy a slow paced meal. We began to look around at the situation started to pay attention to things like: -The chef ringing his ""service"" bell loud and angrily. -The server not having a single second to discuss anything with her customers and being forced to literally ""drop things on the table"" and walk away. -The hostess running to the back in tears - A manager (who turned out to be the owner) at the front door who was seemingly being useless and smoking his Juul at the front door!!!! From what we gathered, the POS system wasn't functioning properly which was causing A LOT of issues and creating delays for the server which in turn created delays everywhere else. So realistically there wasn't much any of the staff could do except try and push through. What blew us away was watching this owner yell and belittle his staff. This is never appropriate. But to also do it in front of your customers?! Disgraceful! I highly suggest the staff at this location leave and pursue legal actions with the labor board. This owner deserves it. Shame because the drinks and food the hardworking and unsupported staff prepared was delicious! Don't support terrible owners who abuse their staff!"
