Popped in here and it was booked solid so we made reservations for the following night. There was little to no wait when we arrived, which was great. Everyone was polite. Ordered a paella dish for two which was more expensive than the place next door and way less authentic. The paella was topped with a mayonnaise aioli-- not good for someone allergic to eggs. The waiter and chef were good about replacing the dish, after questioning how serious my intolerance was. They replaced it with a risotto. While the food here is good, It would be great if unspecified ingredients like eggs or mayonnaise were not added to classic dishes. At the very least, perhaps take into account that people order certain foods based on dietary needs. Alert customers if something extra is added to the dish.
