I stumbled upon this resto ... visited twice in October and loved the experience. The menu chances weekly. Great if you like trying new dishes and hate seeing the same old at a resto you want to visit frequently. The theme is organic and sustainable...products in their dishes and wines. That is refreshing and I hope a trend that takes off in the food industry. Food presented on plane white plates, no frills. The decor is simple yet all new. Service by the owner was top notch, the other serving staff were not as experienced or passionate and needed reminders for requests made, more bread, drink top off, wifi code, etc. I believe it's a husband (kitchen) and wife (service) team that own the resto - keep up the good job! Hoping to return soon.
