I have to give this place a zero but I'm forced to put a 1(no option for a zero rating). I had two fidelity cards with two stamps each(One for regular sandwiches the other for the special sandwiches). The woman took one card, found one...card with 4 stamps, added one stamp and returned it to me. Total 5 stamps. The problem is that I had just bought 5 regular sandwiches hence it should have been my 2 original stamps plus 5 others for a total of 7 stamps. I inquired and they insisted that I got confused with the special sandwiches stamps. I said no, I had two of each(regular and special) and that I had checked before coming in. THEY WERE DIFFICULT FOR 2 EXTRA STAMPS WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF 75 CENTS!!! Fine, they got confused and they are cheap, I'll let it slide. HOWEVER, the kicker is(and the main reason of this negative review), these few seconds of arguing made them forget that they haven't given me my change back. So, in the end, I bought 5 sandwiches at a premium price(because they ripped me off of my change).
