I can only vouch for the tuna don (tuna sashimi over sushi rice).
I can only vouch for the tuna don (tuna sashimi over sushi rice). The fish was excellent - melted in my mouth. Good presentation of amply sliced tuna on a layer of salad on the sushi rice. I would have preferred the salad be placed...off to one side and the tuna on the other to easily get to the rice. While the tuna was outstanding, the sushi rice was dry and didn't have enough of the sugar/vinegar.
