Visited for some beverages at Q-bar with some friends and a couple minors, 1st server promised to bring waters for everyone. 10 minutes later a different server showed up telling us she would be our server. Disappeared for another 5 minutes. Came back to take...our drink order, still no waters. We asked for the bill at the same time as providing our drink orders which were 3 champagnes, the server kept telling us she had 4 other tables she had to tend to (ya, so?). Came back with the drinks, but STILL no waters for the kids. Wanted to pay for all the drinks on one card and she had to leave AGAIN to put everything on one bill? Sorry, but how hard is it to multiply $14 by 3? Super slow service. Super long wait. Super unorganized and unprofessional customer service. Do not recommend.
