wow! with customer service being at the forefront for all businesses nowadays i am not sure how they are able to stay in business. came with my mom and 8 month baby nephew. we were seated promptly and served soup with our set menus. my...nephew got overly excited and knocked half off my soup bowl over - luckily unscathed. the servers were quick to come and help us clean up. we were super appreciative of that. since they took my remaining half bowl of soup away i only assumed they would bring me a new one. well, nothing came. so my mom politely asked our server Anna if we could get another bowl of soup. Anna gave major attitude and said it’s only provided when a new order is put in and if she gives us another bowl they won’t have enough. Wow!!! it was not until i complained to the lady boss who directed them to bring me a new bowl of soup. seriously what is the soup worth? less than 50 cents and consists of water and bones?! Anna is super disgruntled and likely hates her life and her job. got more attitude when she was settling our bill. but they were quick to offer us a bowl of soup when my husbands pork chop rice was missed off the order and had to wait 45 mins for it. we will not be going back which is too bad because it’s right in our neighbourhood.
