A disappointing evening, I ordered take out from here and called up as my starter was missing and everything was cold... highly unexpected. They didn’t believe that it actually was cold and seemed to be under the impression that I was lying. They suggested that...I bring the food back to prove it was cold... seems bizarre to me as had the food been hot I would not have wasted my time with the call. The customer service was awful and I was called a liar; despite all this I heated up the food myself, only to face further disappointment as I begrudgingly ate the bland meal.
