We discovered this lunch spot when my husband worked in the Jutland Road.Selkirk Waterway area of Victoria. Even though his business has relocated, we regularly pop in for lunch. Our favorites are the falafal (ask for the hot sauce) wrapped in pita with a side...of tabouli and a piece of baklava for dessert. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable and the food is absolutely delicious. They have other items too - often a hot chicken curry special. And they have espresso and various (non-alcoholic) beverages. It's a small place and gets busy so we try to get there a few minutes before noon otherwise you're in line behind dozens of government employees and service can be slow. There aren't many tables (maybe three outside and five or six inside) so we usually do take out. Only disappointment - they're only open for lunch and only during the week, probably to cater to the surrounding businesses. Well worth a stop if you're in the area and love Mediterranean food.
