The Baingan (Eggplant) Bharta I ordered extra hot came mild, which was a disappointing surprise, to say the least. However, the Exceptional staff (manager and server) boxed the mild one up for me to add heat to at home, and brought me another extra hot one. I very much appreciated the way this was handled and the courtesy and respect I was shown. By the way, the second meal was Fantastic and the first one was too, once I added heat and ate it at home the next day.
