This has been me and my significant other's favorite place to go -- you can't beat the combination of very good food and reasonable prices (best omelettes in town), as long as you're aiming at value and not too concerned about high-class ambiance. My SO...swears by the chicken parmesan dinner (I've had some bites and it's delicious), has it every time, while I usually go for the breakfasts, especially the omelettes, which are huge and tasty. The toast and potatoes are nicely made and the coffee is good enough. The food is prepared in your sight off to the side. A plus is the wall mural which was uncovered during renovations a few years ago, showing circus scenes dating back to the origins of the restaurant in the 1940s. I like the authenticity of it all. Not your typical prefabricated food and surroundings at corporate restaurants. There is free parking available on Sherman Avenue just next door.
