Went into meet a friend for nachos and a couple of beers .I have a medical condition where i can't touch cold surfaces so i asked for a beer glass with a handle Not only was server rude and showed no empathy but refused service...saying he was uncomfortabke serving me. I was in total disbelief and asked him if he was serious .He was. I told him i'd wait till my friend arrives and he said ' no you can leave now " .Not even allowing me to stay between doors and shelter from wind . I will not encourage friends or co workers to enter this bar and will not revisit . I thought this was unprofessional rude and classless .If this is how you treat patrons then it's no wonder there's no business and Bottlescrew is unworthy of being even open .
