The produce and product selections are great, however I notice that the cashiers talk between themselves without acknowledging the customer. A prime example is when I shopped this week and the cashier was openly talking to another colleague about a "stupid" training she had to...take, and the other colleague acknowledged that it was indeed stupid It was obvious that they were talking about an internal Whole Foods training. Like many people due to the pandemic I no longer have a job, so I would rather be able to scan my own products rather than hear colleagues grumble about a paid training. I was ignored the entire time despite spending $$$ at the store.
