I found this restaurant by accident one Sunday afternoon when I was looking for somewhere to have a late lunch and everywhere else in the neighborhood (just off 17th Avenue near Sarcee Trail) was closed. Lucky for me because I discovered one of the best...Chinese restaurants I have ever eaten at. The Signature Palace is of moderate size and is a family-run place. It offers the typical array of dishes: appetizers, soups, hot plates, chow meins, and foo youngs, and you can have pork, beef, seafood, chicken, vegetables, or combinations of these in a wide variety of sauces. If you like spicy, try any of the Szechuan dishes; if you prefer less spicy there are lots of other options. All the ingredients are fresh and prices are very reasonable. You will also be impressed by the service: friendly servers and dishes served promptly. You can dine in or order take out. Free delivery within a 5km radius is available and if you live further you can still get delivery for a nominal charge. By request you can order food with no MSG and/or gluten free. The restaurant is also fully licensed. I have now re-visited the Signature Palace several times and everything I have ordered has tasted fantastic. Again - I rate it one of the very best Chinese restaurants I have been to.
