Firstly let’s start with customer service. It’s terrible. Flustered start who can’t take orders or manage everything else. People asking where their food is and taking ages to restock coffee. If you want people to come back you should either have more or train the...staff you have sufficiently. The venue is dirty with sticky tables. No clean up seems to have been done. I wanted the breakfast. You don’t switch up pancakes for toast. That is absolutely ridiculous. The only place I have ever been to where you can’t do that. No customer care at all. I have to clean my own table. Tape on chairs hiding rips food all over the and tables no re set up. Service is soooooo slow. Food is average overall. This restaurant is failing in every aspect of been a restaurant.
