We were in Ottawa to visit our son and he wanted to go to East Side's so we decided to go to this one. There was a 30 min wait but it was actually only ended up being 15 mins as the hostess arranged some...tables to fit our family of 5. Our waitress Ashley did an amazing job with quick service and coming around to check on us to see if we need anything. I had the Hell's Chicken and this was the best one I have had in a long time. My one son had the Chicken Parm(the size of your head) and said it was great If you are going be patient and enjoy your time don't complain you have to wait.
