We avoid downtown at all costs but sometimes you just can’t avoid it.
We avoid downtown at all costs but sometimes you just can’t avoid it. So when we have to go downtown anytime between 11:30 and 2:00pm we make sure to hit up Affinity Vegetarian Garden (or East India Company). You pay by weight and although not...cheap, the prices are reasonable including 10% off on Mondays. There are staples like the shanghai noodles (SO GOOD!), steamed veggies, tempura veg or yams, and sushi (although the variety varies) however the other items frequently switch up and never disappoint. This is our favourite little Chinese lunch buffet. Great place to eat for vegetarians and non vegetarians alike.
