I had many times food here, and so far so good. Nothing extraordinary. But, the last time I had a soup and when I opened I found something really strange like wood, I first thought I say to myself something with the vegetable, but then...I found another one and bigger. I ask to my colleague what do you think about? and she told me it is like wood or a toothpick. I was so hungry, but I should go and make a complaint. I went there and they refund the money, but it was a battle with the employees. I did not make an scandal, and I tried to speak lower, but they did the contrary and they said that the wood is broccoli.( You can even bend). They give me the money in a really bad manner and starting speaking between them that I do not understand. I that moment, I was more angry for the way how the manage the situation and treat a client like if we were dumb, then the cashier told me we give you the money what more do you need?? What??? An apologize will be great, but it never comes. So Culture does not have culture.
