Tiny (something like 7 tables) little strip-mall Chi snack-house but absolutely delicious food ... home-made noodles and fresh ingredients. Their home-made hot sauce is to die for ... they sell take-out jars of it & I use it in cooking at home (not just in...Chinese dishes) ... the hot sauce is even better than my other favourite snack-house Double Greeting. The Anhui soup is my fave: spicy but not Fukushima. Only reason not 5 stars because they serve their tea in paper cups, not a tea pot.
