Visited on a Friday at lunch. Downloaded the menu, from the table scan which showed the lunch menu, available from open till 4, Chicken tenders $10.99. We specifically asked how many chicken strips, and yes, they came with our choice of a side, we chose...fries. The bill came and we were charged $16.99. When we questioned the server, she said the lunch menu wasn't in effect anymore, and they were trying to get it off the menu. BLATENT BAIT AND SWITCH!!! We asked for the manager, who confirmed they were trying to remove the lunch menu, it wasn't in effect. When I suggested the server should have let us know, she offered to refund us the difference. I told her it wasn't about the $$, it was about the ethics. Guaranteed.... give it 2 weeks, nothing will have changed, and multiply that overcharge by 50 people..... such a joke. Check your bills people.... you are being taken. Not worth my hard earned $$$ in this day and age..... I will never be back. Many more small businesses worthy of my money.
