This is the chain's 4th location in Toronto. It is a truly amazing location. It is their biggest location. The decor is ultra modern. There is ample seating and there is a wide corridor that looks like it is from a spaceship. That corridor leads...to an open space with more seating in the back. Unlike the other locations, this can be rented for parties and celebrations. And in the future, this location will be offering food items; can't wait to see what they offer! I found out that Tru Tea was conceived and started in Toronto by GTA owners. They believe in all natural and fresh products like their fruits (ie no canned products and no powders). All their drinks are Instagram worthy and delicious! I love their Lychee Dragon Fruit Miracle, Fresh Taro, and Cookies 'n Cream drinks. I must go back and try their Peach Rose Latte. The staff are helpful and courteous. They are having their grand opening on 2019-12-06 with specials offered 2019-12-06 to 08. They have free WiFi. There are gender-neutral washrooms.
