We had been to the Quay for breakfast many times while on vacation in the past, and were disappointed to see that the restaurant on the upper level was not open.
We had been to the Quay for breakfast many times while on vacation in the past, and were disappointed to see that the restaurant on the upper level was not open. We opted to go into the food court and lucked in on Dex's. We...had scrambled eggs, sausage and toast which were prepared quickly and were very tasty. Staff were friendly and efficient, but they did not have coffee so we bought our coffee at the coffee stand next door which was very good. The view across the busy harbor is very enjoyable on a beautiful morning.
