We’ve ordered from here quite a few times. 1st time the food was great. No issues. However future orders there’s always an issue. Last time they cancelled our order after we waited for 45 mins. No reason given. The last few times we ordered the...food was sub par but we kept giving them a chance because we enjoyed it the first time. Their food is never consistent. More often than not the Pork was over cooked and burnt and dry. Their beef Tagalog looked like boiled grey beef in brown water and had no taste. It was also only 6 thin slices of beef with 3 onion rings. The portion was about the size of a cup. And they charge 16 dollars for it. Their rice was overcooked and slimy. Their spaghetti was a bowl of noodles with a small scoop of sauce. They seem to not really care about their customers. Whenever we order something is always missing from our order and we have to ask for a refund. Whether they forgot or just don’t care I couldn’t tell you. My family and I never complain or leave reviews but I felt it was necessary after the last time the way we were treated and we no longer have hope that their food will be as good as the first time. Maybe they got a new cook that’s not as good? We will never order from casa laurel ever again. I would caution anyone who wants to try this place to stay away and save your money.
