Went there with a book club group as the book was set in London and wanted some traditional English food.
Went there with a book club group as the book was set in London and wanted some traditional English food. Very few British pubs actually have Brit food I found when I looked around. Looks like your basic pub but the food was better than...average pub food. I had liver and onions and they were excellent. Generous portion of tender liver and the mashed potatoes were very tasty. The roasted veggies were also very good as not soggy and overdone but just right. My companions enjoyed their food as well. Generous portions for a fair price. I will be back just for the liver and onions.
