The experience was good until our server, Brianna, placed rambunctious kids in the booths beside us.
The experience was good until our server, Brianna, placed rambunctious kids in the booths beside us. The yelling and screaming really spoiled it for us! Plus the kids kept rocking and pushing on the booth partitions. Very annoying! It was so unnecessary! The restaurant was...basically empty but Brianna seated all of us against one wall. As she explained it "so I would not forget anyone"! It is refreshing to know the customers are there for the convenience of the IHOP servers! It used to be customer satisfaction that was important! No longer!More
