Came across this food truck behind the Royal BC Museum. Great concept truck, the cook is spot on, righteous dude who gets to the point and offers great suggestions. Went with the beets burger. Beef is a great combo meat cooked to perfection. Bun is...fresh and soft. Beets...never thought that would work but motha of gawd does it work! An explosion of flavour! Went back and thanked my dude for an excellent food experience! Get the vege chips #awesomeMore
