I did something at this restaurant I have never done before - I walked out because my meal didn’t show up. After being seated and ordering two eggs and ham at this breakfast place, 33 minutes elapsed and there was no communication from the waitress...or a refill of my arrival coffee. During that time patrons around me who arrived after I did were served (the wrong meals) and were even subsequently reserved the almost correct meals, and I had still had received and heard nothing. When another couple who also arrived after me were given their meals I spoke with the waitress. She offered only - “oh yes, the kitchen didn’t see your order. Are you sure you don’t want to wait?” It seemed to me that there were training issues, communication issues, and perhaps plain management issues. At a breakfast restaurant 2 eggs and ham should be a slam dunk. It seemed to overwhelm them.
