We made reservations for 10:30am on a Saturday during a long weekend. I knew even making reservations we would need to wait. It was extremely busy with people waiting with reservations and walk-ins. Walk-ins were told the wait was 3 hrs. We waited and were...seated after 40 mins. The hostess we really nice and considerate giving us updates when are table we going to be free. I knew I had to wait even with reservations so I felt fine and calm about the wait. Once seated we were ready to get our order on! The size of the steamed shrimp dumpling, siu Mai and scallops & prawns dumpling are really big (but still tasty), compared to other dim sum restaurants. The kids thought the sticky rice was ok and our usual dim sum restaurant we go to makes it better, more flavour. My favourite is the "gwai fee" bun, the bbq pork bun with the tasty topping. They make it really well here. Perfect amount of bbq pork with good size bun. The baked topping is perfect, not too thick. Every bite was so tasty! The rest of order was good as expected, nothing was bad. We had a lot of leftover so packed it up! All in all, the customer service is still good considering they are so busy on weekends. High five to the hostess and waiters/waitresses for their amazing customer service!More
